P2H does not guarantee the success of your relationship. The coaching program provides guidance and support, but the outcome depends on your engagement and effort. - Confidentiality
Your privacy is paramount. I will not disclose details about your relationship to anyone. However, confidentiality may be waived in cases where there is a concern for safety or legal obligations require disclosure. - Non-Medical Nature of Services
I am not a therapist or medical provider. I do not diagnose medical or psychological conditions, nor can I prescribe medications. - Right to Discontinue Services
I reserve the right to terminate our coaching program at any time, should circumstances warrant it. - Refund Policy
Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Any approved refund will have operational fees deducted to cover administrative costs. - Session Guidelines
- All sessions will be conducted virtually. Both participants must be present for the entire session.
- Sessions starting late or ending early due to unforeseen disruptions will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis for potential make-up time.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling requests should be made in advance. While a 12-hour notice is preferred, exceptions may be granted for emergencies.
- One late cancellation with less than 12 hours’ notice is permitted for emergencies.
- No-Show Policy
- Failure of one or both participants to attend a scheduled session without prior notice will be considered a no-show, resulting in a forfeiture of that session. Case-by-case evaluations will be conducted for exceptions.
- Program Completion Timeline
The coaching program must be completed within 90 days of the initial SYMBIS assessment to ensure continuity and effectiveness.
Commitment to Engagement
Active participation and honest communication are essential for the success of this coaching program. Participants are expected to complete any assigned exercises or assessments and approach sessions with openness and a willingness to grow.
